Title: Chassis Tech
Department: Chassis Shop
Description: Electronic diagnosis, brakes, steering, suspension, tires, lube/oil/filter, generators.
Requirements: experience with Workhorse, Spartan and/or Freightliner chassis, as well as brakes, tires, electrical diagnosis.
Compensation: flat rate

Title: Glass Tech
Department: Glass Shop
Description: • Repair fogged windows. • May drive to other dealerships and off-site locations to pick up windows and return them after repairs. • Install basic gasket set windshield, side windows and entry door glass. • Assist with installation of shower enclosures. • Troubleshoot/locate leaks around the windshield area • Perform windshield repairs using the Clear Star Repair Systems • Use adhesives and sealers for installations • Help body shop with any glass problems • Keep bays clean. • Assist customers when necessary. • Know the difference between a windshield that is stress cracked and one that has road damage. • Attend all company required meetings • Additional responsibilities as requested or required
Requirements: • Florida Driver’s License & clean driving record. • Prior experience in auto glass installation or in glass shop • Capable of driving a motor home • High school diploma or equivalent experience • Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds

Title: Software Developer
Department: Marketing
Description: THIS POSITION REPORTS TO THE MARKETING DEPT. 1. Conceive, experiment with, and present architectural approaches for software system components. 2. Design new system components. 3. Ensure architectural integrity and consistency across entire systems. 4. Design user interaction models, workflows and user interfaces. 5. Integrate internal and external product design into a cohesive user experience. 6. Create prototypes and author detailed interaction specifications. 7. Work with user experience researchers to design and observe usability studies. 8. Translate usability and field research findings into design improvements. 9. Work with visual designers to improve and refine product visual design and consistency. 10. Successfully communicate conceptual ideas and design rationale. 11. Manage both projects and team members to ensure project requirements are met and all milestones are achieved. 12. Design, develop and maintain the functionality of the Company’s existing and new websites. 13. Work in close partnership with the IT Department, web developers and outside vendors to accomplish the goals and objectives for the Company’s websites and eMarketing campaigns. 14. Supervise the online/website staff of the Marketing department. 15. Participate in the design and development of all advertising and sales promotion programs.
Requirements: • Experience within a Marketing department or advertising agency is highly desired. • A 4-year college degree that includes the comprehensive study of computer science and technology, or equivalent work experience. • A minimum of 3 years of solid project management and development experience with an advertising agency or in-house Marketing department of a medium to large size company using industry standard applications and programming language. • Position requires proven knowledge of Microsoft development platforms and standards including • Microsoft .NET Framework version 3.5 and greater • Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 / 2010 • Microsoft Team Foundation System (TFS) • Position requires proven knowledge of Microsoft Web Development platforms, languages, and standards including • Windows Server 2003 / 2008 • Microsoft Internet Information Services 6 / 7 • ASP.NET • C# • XML, XSL, WSDL • ASP.NET Session State Management • Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) • Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) • Position requires an in-depth understanding of Object Oriented Programming concepts and Inheritance Model architectures. • Position requires an in-depth understanding of relational database architecture, management, development, and tuning practices on SQL Server 2005 / 2008, using SQL Server Management Studio, SQL Server Profiler, and Management Reporting Views • Ability to design and develop Wire Frames, Use Cases, and Test Plans to ensure requirement adherence • Ability to work within a team environment, as well as mentor and tutor junior members of the team. • Must be the catalyst for completing assignments on time and on budget • Must have a good working knowledge of common computer applications including Microsoft Office Suite. E-Commerce experience and knowledge is a big plus. • Position requires excellent language skills including the ability to check all website copy, advertising links and banner ads for spelling and grammatical errors as well as effective message delivery. • Must be able to communicate effectively with other departments throughout the Company and work with their key employees.
